Troy Korsgaden is a highly sought-after insurance carrier and financial services company consultant. He is the principal of Korsgaden International, which specializes in global marketing, distribution, agency building and technology strategies for many of the world’s largest insurance carriers and financial services companies.
As a consultant, speaker, and author of six books, Korsgaden’s mission is to help the insurance industry and its representatives wake up to the radical transformation taking place in the insurance industry. He helps those in the industry learn how to better communicate with consumers, so that consumers develop a higher appreciation for the value of insurance products.
In his career, which spans over three decades, Korsgaden has instructed and spoken with hundreds of thousands of executives, agents, brokers, and staff members. A widely respected expert on the seamless distribution ecosystem. Korsgaden trains corporate insurance and financial services leaders on customer service, change management, technology, and transformational work, among many other key topics.
Martin Woll is the Chief Operating Officer for Equitable Life’s Individual Retirement business.
As COO, Mr. Woll leads the following functional teams for the individual retirement business: strategy and corporate development, estrategy/digital, data and analytics and business intelligence. In this position, he drives strategic initiatives across the commercial line and has instituted analytics to better understand and manage the business. He also serves as a central figure for the organization helping to drive its agenda forward. In addition, he spearheaded the work over the course of several years building and managing AXA Equitable Life’s entry into the institutional savings space with the launch of Escrow Shield PlusTM. Mr. Woll had overall P&L responsibility for this business overseeing the strategy, implementation, and execution of the line and its financial results. Mr. Woll joined Equitable in 2010 as a member of the firm’s Corporate Strategy and Business Development Group.
He spent the early part of his career providing financial advisory services for corporations and institutional investors while working at the investment bank Houlihan Lokey. He began his career on the fixed income and derivatives trading desk at AB Global (formerly known as AllianceBernstein) assisting the portfolio managers with the valuation of their investments.
Mr. Woll graduated cum laude from Indiana University with a bachelor’s degree in political science with minor concentrations in business, international economics, and Russian and Eastern European studies.
Kelly Kidwell is the Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Advisors, a West Coast-based financial services firm that specializes in advanced estate, business, charitable, and philanthropic planning.
Kelly started his career in financial services in 1987. In 1993, he founded Pacific Advisors and has grown the firm from a small Southern California boutique to a Guardian Master Agency Award and Diamond International Management Award Agency. Today, Pacific Advisors has more than 200 staff and advisors as well as 2,500 active brokers, more than 10,000 small business clients, 45,000 policy holders, $15.6 Billion of Life Insurance in force, and over $2.9 Billion of Assets Administered.
For the last four years, Kelly has been named a Top-of-the-Table producer by the Million Dollar Round Table Foundation, the industry’s most prestigious award. He is the President Elect of the GAMA International Executive Committee and a top donor to the GAMA Foundation for Education and Research.

As a three-time Academic All-American for Gonzaga University, it was early in Jeff’s career that he began his love and value for building a culture of excellence and teamwork. These tenants have served Jeff well in the competitive world of enterprise software sales. Jeff graduated from Gonzaga in Finance with honors and was elected into the West Coast Conference Hall of Honor in 2010.
